Student Resource Package
- We provide regular updates on Student Resource Package (SRP) changes and anomalies that are specific to your school
- We project expenditure adjustments in staff salary, EFT & leave adjustments before they show in SRP
- We will project allocation adjustments that you are aware of before the Revised Budget Reports are released throughout the year.
Workforce Planning
In order to help you have the clearest picture for your next year projections we will:
- Assist you prepare your WFP (online or offline)
- Advise on staffing requirements to meet classroom needs for the following year
- Provide estimates on Credit & Cash Allocations in January/February, prior to Census Day, to enable financial decisions to be made early in the year
- Provide on site visits in Term 3 and 4 to assist in early workforce planning.
Leave Replacement
Utilising your Leave Portal, we will:
- Identify whether your school is maximising all entitlements
- Advise on whether the most effective way to replace staff on leave is locally or centrally, depending on the individual circumstance.
- Identify mis-charges including duplicate leave & leave loading charges.
- Send reminders to finalise leave portal entries prior to cut-off dates
Reconciliation
- Our aim to help you sort out all your allocation and expenditure mis-charges throughout the year so the Reconciliation process is a simple 'agree' sign-off
- We prepare a detailed report in January to advise of any claim entitlements from the previous year and how to sign-off to get the best result for the school
- This is followed by quarterly reviews and recommendations so that you have visibility throughout the year, not just at the end.
